Orders

Do I pay VAT if buying from outside the UK? No, our website will deduct any VAT from goods if customers are from outside the UK. Joe’s Motor Pool accept no responsibility for any Duty, Handling or Customs charges once the goods are received in the correct country.

How long will it take for you to process my order?

Generally, all orders will be picked and shipped the day they come in (we have a large amount of stock onsite). We do not process orders Saturdays or Sundays.

I need to return an item or cancel an order.

No problem, the easiest way is to drop us an email to sales@joesmotorpool.co.uk or use our contact page. Explain your problem and we’ll do the rest. We are happy to help.

I want to add or remove a product from an order I have placed.

Delivery

Do you ship orders outside of the UK?

Joe's Motor Pool ship parts worldwide. Once we receive your order, we will find the best possible way to get your order to you. We will send you either a Paypal or Credit Card request for the post costs. This should be paid within 5 days, failure to do so will result in a 20% restock charge.

How do I get free postage on my order?

Any orders that are shipped within the UK (mainland) over £150.00 will automatically get free postage.

What services do you use to send my order?

All items are sent 1st Class. If goods are over the cost £10.00 they will be tracked. Orders over 2kg or over £95.00 will be shipped using a 24 hour FEDEX or DHL 24 hour service courier.

My order is lost.

You can track your order (if over £10.00) with the tracking number provided in your items despatched email notification. We are also happy to help, you can drop us an email to sales@joesmotorpool.co.uk or use our contact page.

Can I pick up in store?

Yes however, we’ll need your order in advance. This will speed up the process when collecting.
